I recently purchased mine and have only used it twice.br>I followed the manual's instructions for cleaning after each use and have not noticed any odor. br>On a clean area of the floor, you could run vinegar and water through the machine. br>Instead of cleaner, I'd use vinegar mixed with the recommended amount of water, as suggested in the formula. br>Wishing you all the best!
I work on two different projects at the same time. one immediately prior to use, and one immediately following use Before I do anything else, I double-check the float stack to make sure the float isn't stuck (by turning it back and forth) and that it's seated AND ALIGNED in the dirty water tank (look for the arrow and the notch) and that the ring is snug. AFTER that, I dump the dirty water, remove the float stack, rinse it thoroughly, tilt it to ensure nothing is causing the float to stick, and then reassemble everything once it is mostly dry. With an older, larger Bissell, I learned the hard way that the dirty water parts can get stuck with hair, lint, and other debris, and with the new one, I learned right away that after dumping and rinsing the stack, make sure the bottom ring is tight.
Wet carpet is sucked out by carpet cleaning machines. That's the way it works. They suck water containing cleaning fluid into the rug and then suck it out again.
According to the manufacturer's website, there are seven options. 5”. It's more than that, in my opinion- 10" in length I'm not sure how wide it is, but it seems to work fine. It's not designed to clean a whole house, but it can. You'll just have to spend a little more time on it than you would on a larger unit.

This thing, sweet mother of dragons, is incredible. It will be difficult for me not to swear in this review because this product has changed my life. We have five children ranging in age from nine to thirteen. During the pandemic's first year, we had up to seven people living with us at any given time, ranging in age from one to seven. a total of three dogs, 0 There are three bunnies and two hamsters in the house. I'm embarrassed by the state of our carpets. I didn't want to post any "before" photos because I was so excited. So bad. Anywho. We just got this carpet cleaner two days ago, and it's fantastic. Our carpets aren't the only thing we have. Everything comes to mind. Because I'm no longer surrounded by shaggy carpets, my entire life has changed. I swear to my children that I would not change a word of this review if it broke tomorrow. Even a warranty can be contested. I'd consider this to have lived a full, hardworking life, and I'd gladly replace it with another of the same.
This product is for home carpets, not area rugs; the suction is too strong for light area rugs with no backing. br>br>The cleaning solution is excellent, the suction effectively removes the liquid, and the heat effectively evaporates any remaining moisture. Due to the thickness of the carpet fibers, the carpet will feel slightly moist, but it will be completely dry the next day, as it was in my case. br>br>Buy it on Amazon because they have a great return or replacement policy if you aren't satisfied.
I had this rug professionally cleaned by a national company a few months ago, but this little machine did a better job. It was incredibly simple to put together and use. At ten o'clock in the morning, I shampooed: It rained at 00 a. m. the next morning and was completely dry. The water tank is a little small, but it's a small price to pay for the lighter weight and smaller size, which makes storage easier. The cord extends far enough to cover the entire room. It wasn't a particularly loud machine; it was comparable to a vacuum cleaner. It's also very simple to operate. This is a good choice if you're looking for a small shampooer that's lightweight, inexpensive, and simple to use.
I have a fairly thick carpet, two cats, and the best puppy dog an owner could ask for: a golden retriever who enjoys getting things dirty as much as he enjoys being pet. The Bissell TurboClean Powerbrush Pet Upright carpet cleaner exceeded my expectations. It cleans much better than the cleaner I was previously using. This carpet cleaner works like a MAGIC wand. If you don't want to feel like you're getting a new carpet every time you use it, this is not the carpet for you. To sum up, if you're looking for a new carpet cleaner and you have the best pets ever who slobber all over everything, as well as ok disgusting children, this is the right choice; you won't be disappointed.

Well- packedbr>Easy to put togetherbr>Very clear, direct, and short instructionsbr>Very easy to usebr>Not heavybr>br>One CON: br>The clean water and cleaning solution tank is small, with a fill time of about 15 minutes; however, the bottom (dirty) tank holds more than one tank of clean water, and the clean water tank is simple to fill. So, this is a minor quibble, and as I previously stated, it is a small/light unit, which I prefer.
It's only been ONE DAY since it was taken out of the box! It did a fantastic job on the job, but no matter what we do, it refuses to turn back on! Nothing works, even though the light at the switch glows! We cleaned all around the dirty water container after emptying it. The clean water container was emptied, cleaned, and refilled. There has been no progress. This item comes with a three-year warranty, so I'm excited to see if it was worth the money!.
After the first few accidents with a new puppy who is being house trained, I decided to buy this. I had a hand held spot cleaner but felt like I was ruining the carpet by scrubbing it manually and liked the rotating bristle aspect of this machine. I've used it on small area rugs as well as a spot clean on the bedroom carpet and was surprised at how dirty the water came back (see photo). We had our carpets professionally cleaned about 5 months ago, so I wasn't expecting that much dirt, but it has made the carpet look cleaner and there is no lingering pet odor, so I'm pleased. It's small enough that I can carry it up the stairs without difficulty (I'm 5' 4"), and it's simple to use and empty. The suction is adequate, and the carpet is slightly damp but not wet afterward, which is to be expected. If I were cleaning a whole floor, I'd hire a professional for more suction power and time savings (this unit's width is limited), but I'm happy with it for small areas and spot jobs. I skipped the spray can carpet cleaner last night and instead used this for the most recent "accident. " " I would highly recommend this product if you have a pet or small children who are prone to making messes. Note that the cleaner comes with a small bottle in the package; I didn't realize this at the time and bought more.
I was hesitant to buy it at first, but I'm glad I did. It's a low-cost machine that does an excellent job. I used it as soon as it arrived, and my carpets now appear to be nearly new. It's not at all suitable for use on stairwells. However, for the price, this is an excellent product for keeping your carpets in good condition. If you need to get really deep stains out of your carpet that have been there for years, you'll need to invest in a heavier duty machine. I work in a factory and have a couple of fairly large black stains from walking around the house for the past few years. They were immediately ejected by this machine. This machine is incredible.
