Plastic grocery bags are a perfect fit in this. I also appreciate the inclusion of a small handle. The rounded bottom is, in my opinion, the best feature of this. I despise cleaning the inside corners of a trash can. I'd rather get a new one than throw them away. Because the bottom of this wastebasket is rounded, nothing will ever get stuck in the corners, so a quick rinse will suffice. This can is well made, with no sharp edges, is odorless, appears to be durable, and is slightly larger than I anticipated, which is a plus. Indoors, the color Bronze appears almost brown, but when exposed to natural light, it takes on the appearance of the Amazon picture, only slightly lighter. However, it does not have the elegant metallic look that I had hoped for. The shape is truly one-of-a-kind, and it's ideal for the space I'd envisioned. The color of my choice was surf blue. The handle is a nice touch, and it feels sturdy and easy to wipe down. I use small 4 gallon trash bags because they fit nicely in this waste can and I can easily switch them out.
I purchased this wastebasket several years ago and have yet to review it. (1) It is extremely durable. It still appears to be brand new after several years. (2) It's quite lovely.
