Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use ordinary garbage bags? What makes the ordinary human bags unique?

Step one. Purchase any low-cost trash bag you desire. Step two. One of the two seams should be tied in a knot. The third and final step. Pull the knot through the hole with your fingers. Step number four. Place the bag inside the liner and wrap the top around the liner's top. And there you have it: a perfectly fitting trash bag for your simple human for the low price of $. 05- Rather than $, use ten.

What exactly are the can's dimensions?

The internal dimensions of the trash can are 23 1/4 H 17 W 9 1/2 D, while the external dimensions are 25 3/4 H 19 3/8 W 10 D.

I'm looking for a trash can that you have to open with your foot. My dog enjoys snacking on the open lid. ?

The black lid is thin and sits flush against the sides when closed. Opening is extremely difficult. To open the lid, you must slide your fingernail beneath it. If your dog can't step on the pedal, he won't be able to open the door!

Is it possible to use large kitchen trash bags of standard size?

This trash can has been in my possession for about 9 years. I use trash bags that are 13 gallons and have a drawstring closure. There's a hole near the top in the back of the interior trash can, with a slightly inward pointing prong at the bottom, where you can gather any excess at the top of the bag and push it through the hole to keep it in place. The new ForceFlex Glad tall kitchen bags have a better grip on the can and are tighter at the top, which I like. That, I believe, was an unintended and fortunate consequence of their flex technology. When the product was first introduced, it was not stated in the box. Unfortunately, because they have some tie-ins, it's difficult to find unscented or fragrance-free ones these days. in with their other product lines that have noxious scents, such as laundry detergents and other odors So far, I haven't purchased any in a long time- The ForceFlex bags aren't required, but they do make things a little more organized.

Shhhh
5/5

It will remain a closely guarded secret between us. The fact that I paid this much for a garbage can may be my darkest secret. What does this say about who I am? While I've never done anything heinous, the fact that I'd pay this much for a garbage can suggests that my judgment is suspect. WHATEVER! This container is incredible! It's a smooth machine that outperforms my old rubbermaid. I primarily feed it recyclables, and the smaller trash compartment is ideal for us and our limited space. While the manufacturer suggests using their bags, I can't justify the expense; I know, "you already spent a million dollars on the can," but I'm not insane. Costco 13 gallon bags work perfectly. Now, I'm going to be completely honest with you. I used a $100 gift card that my mother gave me for my 40th birthday. That's all I've got to say on the subject. Do I have a more positive attitude now? No, not at all. When you use a gift card to buy garbage, you know you're getting old. PRIORITIES, PRIORITIES PRIORITIES PRIORI.

This is exactly what I was looking for
5/5

It's well worth the money, but it makes you question your life's direction. This can is small, functional, and well-made, and it looks 1000 times better than my old one, which scooted around on my laminate floors and left marks on my wall. It is well worth the money. The only issue is one of existence. I recently spent $150 on a trash can and was ecstatic when it arrived at my house. What happened to the young man who squandered his money on booze, fashionable clothing, and video games? A man who reads trash can reviews online and compares warranties and features has taken his place. Is there a guarantee? On the side of a garbage can, perhaps? Please, for the love of God. Then there's the giddy anticipation of receiving his pricey waste receptacle, punctuated by time spent writing yet another review for some poor soul like me. Some unfortunate soul in possession of a very nice trash can!.

The money was well spent
5/5

We just received our new trash can and are very pleased with it. We were hesitant at first to spend so much money on a "trash can," but I'm glad we did. The thought process that went into designing this trash can goes above and beyond what we expected. br>br>Benefits: br>br> Stylish, to be sure. br>Flat back (space saver) so it's flush with the wall. Close the lid quietly. br> To keep the lid open, there is a lid lock switch. br>'Bucket park' makes changing bags a breezebr>10-year warrantybr>br>Con:
Not exactly 100% FINGERPRINT
Not exactly 100% FINGERPRINT>Not exactly% PROOF. br>To keep the lid open, you must push it back with your hand to wedge the 'lock switch' under it (not a big deal).

Hefty bags with blue tie straps perform "better" than Glad bags with black tie straps
3/5

Despite the fact that the product claims to be 13 gallon trash bags. Because they are slightly too small, the regular ones do not fit. I don't want to buy their custom bags. Hefty bags with blue tie straps perform "better" than Glad bags with black tie straps. br>br>It's clear that the company is attempting to sell custom bags through them. This was not a customer-friendly choice.

If you ignore the garbage smell and the swarms of flies, it's quite lovely
3/5

Before I begin, I'd like to make a brief aside. That headline is a perfect description of my romantic life. br>br>I purchased this trashcan because it appeared to be attractive, had roughly the right dimensions for the available space, and appeared to come with a slew of useful features. Compared to my old trashcan, this one has a better quality of life. On all three counts, this trashcan, thankfully, exceeded my expectations. br>Unfortunately, there is one major flaw with the trashcan, one that never occurred to me as a possibility when I purchased it - IT DOESN'T GO AWAY! There has been an ever-increasing demand for this property since day one of ownership. The distance between the lid and the body can be changed. The gap varies in size depending on the trashcan's current mood, but it's currently only about 1. It's about 5 centimeters (as seen in the photo), but it's gotten as low as 3 centimeters when it's particularly agitated. br>Now, you may think a centimeter or two isn't much of a deal, and you're right in the grand scheme of things, but keep in mind that the smell of putrefaction and flies don't require much of a helping hand to move in with you. I also believe you would be less optimistic about the situation if you had just spent $100 on a trashcan and every time you take the trash bag out, you wake up the next morning smelling garbage and witnessing the (admittedly impressive) recolonization efforts of the flies, gnats, and other winged brethren who now call your house home. br>br>It should go without saying that I do not recommend that you or anyone else purchase this trashcan. To be fair, I did get about 3 or 4 open-ended questions. br>br>Finally, I did get about 3 or 4 open-ended questions. Before the trashcan made its eternal vow to never close again, close cycles were ejected from the lid. Although that isn't much, I felt it was important to mention that it wasn't bad from the moment I opened the box.
