I was skeptical about the product's quality when I first received it. The box was a little messed up, and the outer box had a water stain on it. I've been eating sandwiches for lunch for quite some time now, and I'm very excited to try out this new toy. The instructions are straightforward, and there isn't much information about how to use the lunch box in the manual. I started by putting a little water in the metal container to keep the food from being too dry. After about a half-hour of heating. It turned out to be just right in terms of temperature. 45 minutes, in my opinion, is the perfect amount of time. This is something I should have looked for a long time.

Lunch box is fantastic. I work in the field most of the time and don't have access to a microwave, so this lunch box allows me to have hot food in the cooler months. The tab that snaps the two pieces together is very short, and I sometimes feel like I have to press down very hard to close the device, which I believe will wear out over time. However, it is a good device in general, and I would recommend it to others.
