These containers were in excellent condition when they were delivered. I'm not sure what you're talking about if you mean shipping cupcakes WITHIN them. If you do, I recommend putting some frosting on the bottom of the outside cupcake to help it stick to the container's bottom and freezing the cupcakes thoroughly. When I used them to transport cupcakes (in my car), however, my bag tipped over and the frosting smushed all over the place (I didn't use the method I mentioned).

It is difficult to open and close the containers. They aren't the right size. I have cupcake pans that are standard in size. br> Because the cupcake holes are too close together, the icing touches. The holes are also a little small, so the cupcakes don't quite fit. br>.
These containers aren't particularly appealing - I had previously purchased a more expensive brand, but these are simply not acceptable in comparison. There are two snap buttons to keep the container closed-- Snapping it shut is extremely difficult. The cupcakes do not appear to be properly sealed to keep them fresh. When you try to reopen it to remove the cupcakes, it is extremely difficult, and the plastic rips, leaving very sharp edges. The regular-size cupcakes fit perfectly, but the two wells in the middle are difficult to cleanly remove. This is a brand that I would not purchase again.
The item arrived exactly as described. The delivery was extremely fast. As children graduate from college and move out, household sizes are shrinking. When I don't make a full batch of cupcakes or muffins, these containers are ideal for storing them.
The containers were sturdy for delivery, are long-lasting, and offer excellent value for money. I would recommend this product and would purchase it again.
Containers that are able to withstand a lot of weight. Cupcakes stayed put long enough for me to deliver them to friends and family for the holidays. Will buy from you again.
Unfortunately, the batch I received was faulty; the tabs were misformed and could not fully close. Only a couple of them were able to close, and that was it.
These are ideal for my chocolate bombs! They're sturdy and thick. I'm going to order more. very soon.
