Hello, and thank you for your assistance; yes, the item can be placed on your desk. Without the counterweight support provided by a wall, this lightweight metal will become heavy and unstable. Please keep in mind that the command strips must fit through the product holes and be strong enough to support the weight.
Thank you for your interest in the 5 tier hanging file holder, which is suitable for A4 paper, magazines, and folders if folded correctly.

Also, the width is ideal for adding a second keyboard! We think this is great for a lot more than just holding magazines!.
Fits standard file folders and is also useful for mail. Firm and sturdily built! It also has a small shelf for storing items, which is very useful!.
Installation is simple and requires only common hand tools. It has a nice appearance and can accommodate a large number of papers. My only criticism is that when the screws are tightened, the bottom of the cabinet lifts away from the wall. However, for the price, it is adequate.
Product is of good quality, and it is exactly as described and pictured. The instructions are fairly simple. And it's simple to set up. It's done a fantastic job so far. I'd suggest it.
When I got it, it was missing a screw, but it wasn't a big deal. It was exactly what I needed!.
I can store mail and use it as a charging station in there.
It's really cute and it does exactly what I need it to do. The only drawback was the crookedness of the paper dividers. When the papers are in it, it's difficult to tell, but the paper does sit at an angle in a couple of slots.
Solid.
