The noodles I ordered did not arrive. Pasta needs to be made yourself and then hung on a drying rack until it can be cooked or dried. can cut spaghetti with my hands holding at least a pound of weight.
Greetings, this is the Customer Service Team at Ourokhome. Originally from China, the pasta drying rack is made from stainless steel. I would like to thank you for using ourokhome customer service team once again.
There is nothing on this rack to help me find my directions. It is not something I personally would put in the dishwasher, but I would put it on the top rack if I did. My view is that the dishwasher rack does not need to be scrubbed. Washing in hot, soapy water and rinsing in hot water is my favorite way to clean mine. As well as the box, there is a warning to wash with water up to 60° C. I believe it is 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

It took me about 25 years to retire my wood rack (about 40 years old) after I've been making fresh pasta fairly regularly for over 40 years. It was a good idea to try a different kind of rack, especially since my kitchen is small and I don't have a lot of space. The thing I like most about this pasta hanger is how small and compact it is. It will also hold more than one recipe's worth of pasta cuts. One complaint I have is that I would have preferred the stand to be higher.
