Yes, it will work very well for drawstrings. In addition to its diameter, good strength, and non-fraying nature, it is perfect. It comes in handy when working on craft and sewing projects of all kinds.
Whenever I need to dry laundry, towels, sheets, or clothes, I use this line. It handles all these things so buy it, I know it will work for you as well.
The only thing I know about it is that it is made of Polypropylene reinforced cotton. Doesn't it look like a braided core instead of a separate core? Crafts lovers will love this!
have used it to braid cords to hang lanterns and it worked great for that purpose. I'm not sure how durable an area rug would be with this material.

There is no doubt that it is 100 percent The next time I buy, it will be for sure! As you can see, I used a variegated thread similar to this one.
As a cat bed maker, I sew cloth covered clothesline bowls. Since I can't remember when I first noticed that I needed new needles, I was confused. My plan was to dye the rope four years after I purchased this brand. There are spots of brown on it, even though it is advertised as 100% cotton. It makes one wonder why the pieces were not dyed all the way throughout. As far as I can tell, this occurred four Just last week, I bought another brand that has the same features. As you can see, there is a nylon filling in the picture. I must have gone off the deep end if that undyeable white cord is cotton. If I had discovered this flaw sooner, I would have fixed it. The rope I dyed years ago was never dyed by me. The cloth can be covered with a plain surface or plain. During the course of this review, I will contact the manufacturer and my original seller, and I will post my responses. This review is written in January 2021.
The quality is good. This will be ideal for hangings and projects requiring a large amount of macrame. Making macrame curtains for my back door was one of the things I did with this rope. I love you!.
I'm not sure who would actually read a review about rope since it is rope. The clothesline works well for the purpose it's intended for. It has just the right amount of stretch and is made of.
When it came to sewing the rope into bowls and baskets, I liked how easy it was to use. With white threads in some areas and colored threads in others, I used a zigzag stitch. I was delighted with the results! As a result of I used the large basket as a cat's bed, the medium-sized bowl as a fruit bowl, and the small bowl as a place to keep The two rope packages were used in all cases. This is something I strongly recommend. It may come to pass that I dye the rope for colored bowls and baskets. My tech knowledge lags behind my needle savvy, so I am not able to include pics.
This can save you money and be a great help during a dryer malfunction. In the rear of our house is a screened porch where we have laundry equipment, and my wife wanted to hang clothes so that we didn't need to use the dryer so often. Although this would be a perfect rope for that situation because it will not experience rain or sun, I don't know how long it will last outside. During my childhood, most people in my neighborhood hung their laundry outside to dry and I recall that the cotton ropes would darken over time and stain the white articles, so I highly recommend this for use indoors. It is your own risk if you take it outside. Despite the fact that the towels become scratchy after drying in the shade with no movement, the wife is satisfied with their quality.
Two times now, I have ordered it and I have gotten clotheslines entirely made of cotton, with no core attached to them. The cord without a core is good for tying knots at either end of the cord and coordinating the color of the cord to the.
My intention was to coil baskets and totes from this 100% Cotton clothesline. Despite its small size, the cord is so soft and easy to use that anyone can use it. The only issue I have is that it is only available in 100ft lengths. It takes some length to carry a large tote, and sometimes even more. It doesn't appeal to me to have to sew two ends together to get the length I may want. I find it a bit arduous. The material works well for baskets that are coiled, however, and it is easy to dye as well.
