These are a lot more durable than I expected and have a lot of storage space. I ordered the small, and you can see how large they are by comparing them to a pen. Zippers are sturdy, and they're easy to get to thanks to the see-through front or the opening. They stack well and can hold a large amount of clothing.
I just received these today and I am ecstatic. I can see what I crammed in there thanks to the window, which is great because it eliminates the need to dig or guess. I vacuumed the air out of the bags after partially sticking my linings through the unzipped top. I was able to get them to box size, albeit lumpy, as a result of this. To make the most of the space, I stuffed a couple of seasonal towels or clothes into the space at the top that wouldn't fit another bag. br>br>Now that it's organized this way, it looks a lot better. It's also out of the cats' reach now, so they can't waller (i. e. shedding fur) or removing smaller items Win win.
Although many other reviews are positive, a word of caution: yes, this type of sturdy fabric box is excellent for organizing. Yes, it will greatly aid in the storage of bulky soft items that would otherwise take up a lot of space (comforters, sweaters, yarn, and so on). This particular version, however, is not a good deal. These are roughly $10 each, and the fabric and zippers are of poor quality. I got them to go with some Riesenthel ones that are no longer being produced. You really just fill them up and zip them up, and the zipping pushes out the air and compacts them. You can't press down on the zippers with your fingers on these. The zippers have split (which I was able to temporarily repair by carefully moving it backwards), and all of the seams around the zipper are pulling and appear to be failing. Because of their fragility, you won't be able to fill them as full as better-quality ones. So I'm going to try to return these and see if there's a better option; however, one really nice feature of these that my old Riesenthel don't have is the see-through design. via the front zip! There's also a see-through window. You can simply glance and see "oh, that's the sweater bin" and "that's the comforter bin" through a side panel, which is even better than a card with words. This is a brilliant concept. I'm hoping there are some that are a little more durable!.
This item can be found at Bed Bath and Beyond. It's of the highest caliber. I like that it opens on both sides and that you can use it as a solid box for stacking or as a soft sided box for saving space. Receiving these has prompted me to purge my closets. I'm going to go out and get a new set! This company is fantastic!.
These are attractive bins for storing extra clothing. I like the metal frames on the inside because the folded clothes do not fall over as easily as those without. They look great on the top shelf of my closet. I was taken aback by how much clothing they had. I liked that you can see what you have in them through the small window in front of them before you open them, so you know what you have. I'd buy some more of these in a heartbeat. These are fantastic in terms of both design and quality.
I'm glad I bought these because they appear to be sturdy. I'm using them to store clothes, so I won't be opening and closing them or moving them around much, so they should last a long time. I crammed 24 plus-size turtlenecks into one and didn't overcrowd it. I purchased the large Sorbus storage boxes for my yarn and found them to be a good value for the money. I can tell they're of higher quality, but they're also a lot more expensive. It all depends on what you intend to do with the boxes, I guess. For my off-season clothing storage, I am content with the less expensive option.
I've been using Sorbus' stackable containers, which I like, but I came across these House Again storage boxes and decided to give them a try. They're nearly identical to the Sorbus but are significantly less expensive. So far, I've only used the small size, and it holds almost as much as the large size; I have the 'clear' ones, which have clear vinyl on all four sides and the top. Because I'm using them for yarn storage, the clear boxes make it very easy to see the different colors that are inside. The clear boxes are only available in small sizes; I wish they would make large ones as well. They have exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them to a friend.
I bought the small size, and at first I wished I had bought the larger size when I opened the shipping package, but after filling them with my winter clothes, I realized each one could hold more than I had realized, and the smaller size was better for stacking on my tall closet shelves. (However, if you have a lot of clothes, you might want to consider getting the larger size or buying more of the smaller size. ) I like how these have an internal metal frame that keeps them in shape and allows them to be stacked. I also like how they have a zipped opening on the top and front (and one on the front that is clear), making it easy to get to your belongings. My only criticism is that I believe they are overpriced, but I have yet to find anything that will hold their shape and be as accessible as these.
