I'm not sure how much weight it can hold, but it's a lot. On this entire rack, I have a large number of garments on slim hangers. No bars bend under the weight of the clothes, so it's simple to put together. The gold was purchased by me. I strongly advise you to do so. My mother also bought it and had the same experience. That's fantastic!
It will be very stable if you stand directly on the ground without any support.
I didn't use any screws in the floor because I didn't want to ruin my new vinyl floor tiles by putting holes in them. There have been no issues.

inside a closet If you don't have someone who knows what they're doing, it can be a little difficult to put together. Some of the black paint was peeling away from the pipes, but once the clothes are on, the missing paint is covered up. It's a little pricey for what it's worth, but it does look nice.
The crossbars are less than 48 inches, which is the only flaw in this product. Because your wall studs are typically 16 inches apart, a 48-inch unit will cover three of them, placing the unit directly on top of the studs. The solution was to go to a home improvement store and purchase (2) 48-inch black pipes! I'd prefer not to have to do all of that in the future, especially since I already paid $100 for it. The black pipe, on the other hand, is much more durable and thicker than the pipe that comes with the unit. As a result, using black pipe crossbars adds to the overall strength and stability.
So, I'm just now getting around to finishing this, and I'll explain why. I ordered this and love the quality, but if your baseboards are anything like mine, they might be too high. I was unable to install it when it arrived because I would have only been able to screw in two of the bottom screws into the baseboard and the remaining two would not have been flush with the wall if I had done so. I looked for something that would work for a long time. I came up with the idea of using furniture risers in the end. It was simply a matter of locating ones that would fit the rack's base. I finally found some that would work on Amazon. I eventually found some that would work on Amazon (Utopia Bedding Furniture and Bed). If anyone else is having this problem, please post it here! br>Now that I've used these furniture risers, I've been able to install it and secure it flat to the wall above the baseboard; so far, everything has gone well! Four stars because I would have been able to anticipate needing the risers if I had known the measurement from the leg to the bottom peg that mounts to the wall. Aside from that, everything is fine so far.
I'm in love with how these came out. To ensure that the floor legs hit the walls above the baseboards, we added a half-inch thick furniture move under each one. They were also a little difficult to put together because when you screwed in one piece, it wasn't parallel with the other side, which required a lot of strength.
After a bad experience with a similar item with only one rail instead of these two, I decided to get this one. That one quickly fell off the wall, as opposed to this one, which is extremely sturdy and can be drilled into the ground. I had my supervisor install it for me, and he did so quickly and said he was impressed with how sturdy it was. It is incredibly appealing, the gold is stunning, and I personally enjoy having my clothes on display in my bedroom. I understand that some people prefer to keep their clothes hidden, but that is a personal choice. Everything is so well-organized and tidy now, and it goes perfectly with my gold-poled lamps. br>br>Strongly Recommend. (If everything is set up correctly!.
This is not a good investment. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product because almost every bar had the paint chipping off as soon as I removed the packaging. I had to spray paint, which I regret because the spray paint was runny and didn't evenly coat the surface. I shouldn't have to do anything other than assemble the product, not perform cosmetic surgery on it to improve its appearance.
In addition, it's absolutely stunning! The instructions show how to put together pre-assembled pieces. I didn't have to do anything, so it wasn't a big deal for me. I thought I was missing pieces just by looking at it at first. It's absolutely gorgeous, and I've gotten a lot of positive feedback on it. I would strongly suggest it.
I bought this to use as an extension of my closet, and it holds a lot of clothes and looks great! Since the clothes are on display rather than hidden behind a closet door, I also purchased thin pink hangers to tie everything together. It simply improves the aesthetic appeal of the piece. The only drawback is that it will not fit flush against the wall if you have baseboard moldings. To be honest, it didn't bother me.
