There is no difference between the product and the advertisement. The hotel was bigger than I had expected, which was a big plus. There were many parts to the labels on the bags and it was hard to figure out which one belongs to which one.

There are half as many pieces as there should be

It's not just one corner piece that's missing, but practically every piece. If you sell an item and only include half of it, how can you even make a profit? There will be no return for me with this garbage.

A few bars are missing

Despite the fact that the set-up went well, there are two bars that are supposed to be for hanging clothes missing! My missing pieces cannot be located online because I can't find how to contact them.
