It's so powerful that it can even help to stop an active infestation. Nothing else can do what this trap can. I was scouting my apartment for the last of a clothes moth infestation when I came across eggs. I had purchased the full moth traps three times before realizing that refills were available. Those were excellent, which is why I continued to purchase them: A few moths would make themselves visible as soon as I opened the sealed adhesive card to insert into the holder near my closet, truly irresistible. So when I discovered the refills, I figured I'd be able to save some cash. This refill set includes every single card package. It's completely useless. These dried-fruits have no discernible aroma. up cards. When it comes to these refills, be wary of quality control. It was a waste of (relatively) large sums of money. I'm guessing the refill inventory isn't rotated very often, so it just sits on the shelves and dries out. I'll spend the extra cash on the full-fledged version of the game. on moth trap (with hanging box holder), which have 100% been 100% good from my experience, with 100% refills being 100% useless from my experience.

I'm really glad I got these. I'm on my third or fourth order because I've had a moth problem for years and didn't know what to do about it. I put all of my wool sweaters in the freezer for two weeks after cleaning them, so they're safe now, but I was surprised by how many moths these traps caught. There is no odor. I began using them around the holidays, and when the number of people trapped began to decline, I assumed I was finished. However, I noticed the little flying "guys" again a few weeks ago, so I ordered this 3x replacement. Another swarm was in the works, so I started filling up four traps. I have a 2-year-old daughter. So I've set up traps all over the place to catch as many people as possible. I'm going to keep doing it until they leave. It's worth it to me to keep trapping them because I have a valuable wool rug that has been decimated at one end.

These traps are effective, and I was relieved to discover that replacing the strips rather than purchasing a new set of traps was a more cost-effective option. However, I was dissatisfied with the packaging of these. Three-packs of the original traps are available. Six refill strips are included in this package, which should be enough to refill a set of three traps twice. Unfortunately, each wrapper contains two replacement strips and is packaged as three packets. So you'll need to unwrap four replacement strips to refill three traps. And this is what it says on the box: "After opening the protective packaging, the active life is 12 weeks. " As a result, despite not being used to catch moths, the effectiveness of that fourth strip is rapidly fading.
