In the past, I have used them after having used Irsh Spring the year before. It's possible that some or all of the mice actually ate the Irish spring. A couple of them also get pushed into the ceiling vent and the louvers get closed. Spring is a good time for campers because the smell of moth balls is gone.

Moth balls in these packets do the trick and do not leave a lingering smell on clothes or in closets. I prefer them over regular mothballs, which are extremely smelly and can linger for a very long time It seems they work just as well as the old ones.
