When I tried to turn them to swivel, more than half snapped. I needed them for another closet and decided to go with a more neutral color this time. When I do this, I always do it slowly and gently to "break them in". However, this batch was problematic. My next step is to contact the seller and Amazon to find out how I can get.

I will not recommend any other hanger except these at this point! I love the hangers I received a year ago! I can feel it even though I'm a Due to the construction of the garment, blouses with collars and a high neck stay on.
