You can hold a pair of jeans in them. Several of mine are hanging on them without bending at all.

Over a year ago, I had them and I am very pleased with the results. More will be purchased in the future. The wire is never fuzzy, bent, or broken. It doesn't seem to interfere with the drying of damp clothes from the washer or heavy jackets.
The difference is close to 1/5 of an inch, but it cannot be exactly measured. I measured it between 3/16" and 1/4" with my ruler. Comparing it to the real Huggable Hangers, it is exactly the same. The ones I purchased from a different source are less sturdy, but I am very satisfied with them.

About 300 to 400 I did not find any felt on my fingers or on my clothes. I am so glad they are to help. My husband thought they were stupid at first, but then he saw mine and started hanging up his shirts with them. I am amazed at how good this is! The reviews on these are very good, and I'm very happy with them. A flimsy design or deflocking issues of the velvet rated no points with me. The accessories are well made and sturdy, there is no deflocking, you can easily turn the hooks without breaking them, clothes no longer fall off, and dents no longer affect the shoulders.
