That is definitely not the case. Hang trousers vertically on the bar, which is coated with silicone to prevent them falling off, so there will be no harm done to them
A good thing to try is hanging every other pair's overlapping legs Seeing the materials of each pair at an angle makes this arrangement work for me since I can still see the tops on each pair. You can also lay them all on one side, like in the picture, by pulling the bottom of the hanger upward so you can use the snaps to grab the pants you want, or by rolling the hanger up horizontally so the pants aren't resting on top of each other.
There are no restrictions on where you can turn the hook.

It's easy to use and very durable to use these high quality hangers. A full range of motion on each arm makes it easy to hang pants. I like this pants hanger because unlike other ones I've used, it leaves no crease when I hang my pants on it. My closet would not be as clean without them. It's my job to dress well every day for a high end women's boutique, so I always have to look stylish. Furthermore, I have a lot of clothes due to my profession, so I need a lot of space - I keep my clothes organized with these saving tools.
The material used for these is good and thick. This is not a cheaply made product. This is not at all a flimsy device. My personal recommendation would not be to hang thick jeans on it, not because it is frail, but because it will clutter up your closet. Those might be of use to me in another way. Since I have dress pants on it right now, I tried hanging two on each hanger, and it caused the hanger to move to one side by shifting, so bear that in mind if you have several and plan to hang them on the same hanger. In the last few weeks, I have not worn dress pants, but I am unsure if that is the best piece of clothing for me to wear each day. It may be perfect for items I tend to grab from time to time.

Like the competition, however, the top part of the bar in contact with it is simply metal, which has a tendency to mar, scratch, and damage paint when slid, especially if you have 5 pairs of pants on your back. As long as it was hard plastic or covered by a non-corrosive protective covering I would rate this product 5 stars for its anti-marring coating. Until the foam is used more extensively, it is still too early to tell whether it will last.
It has been holding up quite well with jeans and other casual wear. You can wear dress pants with your dress. Despite the sleek design, only one thing I dislike about the hangers is how easily they rattle. As I hang up some pants, the pants might pop out of their home if they aren't in their designated places There is a place where it needs to go again. There's nothing really wrong with it, but it's just annoying. A bit pricey, but totally worth every penny. The hold up will have to be seen once we have waited a while. Having just started using them, I can't speak to their effectiveness yet.

You'll save time. These are fantastic! I like them a lot! The lack of storage space in senior housing is one of the drawbacks of living in senior housing. Using these hangers, I've been able to hang all my pants and slacks in less than a third of the space they required when they were I use the top four rungs since they are very easy to use, but the bottom rung, which is fixed, is used for the pants I wear less often.
