There is a need to support the ends. A support at the center would also be necessary if you are going to span 96 inches and are putting a lot of weight on your frame. I have a rod that spans about 72", and it is completely full, and the rod seems to be holding the weight just fine. Moreover, if you get them from a credible source, they are relatively inexpensive. You need to be careful when purchasing this item from some sellers because they may charge outrageous shipping costs.
They can definitely be cut to any size. I used a reciprocating saw to do it Cutting metal with a metal cutting blade is the best method. A hack saw can also be used. If any metal burrs remain after cutting these to length, you will need to clean them off with some coarse sandpaper. These hollow discs can be cut fairly easily since they are hollow
In fact, you can cut the bar to the size you need it by using a hack saw blade, then sand off its sharp edge to slide into the
It is not clear to me whether there was anything in the paperwork relating to weight restrictions. For my rod that spans seven feet, I used the shelf above for additional support. I attached the center support to the shelf above with L brackets, and then attached the rod to the shelf above with L brackets. A polished chrome finish The second set of 2 pieces was found in a garage cabinet at IKEA, and we thought it would be perfect to hang the ski clothes that we keep in our In some cases, you may need a third support depending on the size of your closet and what you would like to hang, since this rod is not as strong as wooden dowels however, other than that, which is an easy fix, these work.
As opposed to wooden dowels or traditional closet systems, rods are a far more attractive option. This was drawn to my attention when I looked at the better quality closet systems and saw how many We offer a variety of closet rod products. A walk was involved in the project I worked on The old house in which this photo was taken has irregular plaster walls and a small closet. A closet system such as mine was not large enough to support the various (expensive) closet systems available. We needed more space to hang towels. This was the main request from my wife. By using these outstanding rods, I was able to design a holding system suitable for the space boundaries at a fraction of the cost. The rods were delivered in just a few days directly from Mike and Lee Dugan of Dugan Hardware Systems, where they were made. Almost immediately after placing my order, I received a personal email from Lee and Mike asking how well their product was suited to The touch is nice. It would be my pleasure to do business with this company and with this product. I'd like to thank Mike and Lee for their help.
I bought this because of the oval shape. My length was 56", and there were plenty of clothes and the rod proved strong at that length. The rod was thick and I was able to cut it down with an angle grinder. I suspect that over 60" you should have a mid support. Among those products that work as intended, this one is one of the most impressive. I was easily able to complete the closest configuration in less than an hour because of how easy it is to use. It is definitely worth the effort.
Approximately 5 feet of this in height is enough to dry scuba gear over a bathtub. There are easily enough compartments to fit two cold water wetsuits, a BCD, and other small items, and many more could probably fit. The rod we received was scratched on the finish in a few places, but not enough to cause problem. The rod may be a problem only if you are making a piece that requires perfect roundness from all angles.
It is easy to install. The closet rod I bought over a year ago has been on the shelf for over a year, and I just ordered the second one for another The quality of the product is excellent, and it is No worries if you need to cut the hacksaw to size, it will not chip when you cut. As for the customer service, it is outstanding at Desunia. The end caps were delivered quickly after I reached out to them.
The mistake I made was mine. I love this closet rod because it looks amazing and it is great quality. The experience was even better than I had hoped for. A purchase of this kind would be a worthy investment for me and for A true description has been provided. This is what I would call.
My favorite part of these rods is their design. Cut every joist and every other stud to length with a hacksaw, then ran supports every other joist for the ceiling and shelf bracket hangers on every other stud. It does not flex much, even if it is loaded with heavy clothing. It has an upscale aesthetic, which is better than round rods, and is better than wood dowels in that respect. I am impressed with the high quality finish of the chrome. It is almost certain that they will last a lifetime.
