I'm sure it could be done, but it would greatly depend on how big the hats and embellishments were.
Our boxes are sent flat to make them as small as possible. Thank you for your question. We do ship them flat. Although the boxes are flat, they are still wide and USPS & UPS cannot deliver them It doesn't matter what size the package is, UPS will treat it Although we have found a flat rate bag that fits our needs, the biggest we can get is only 13" and then I have concerns It is our goal to reduce our shipping rates as much as possible. this listing is for one collapsible hat box measuring 12" x 12" x 9". This durable box is made of recycled cardboard and measures 2/8 inches thick. In addition to the braided cord, this product is also easy to carry. This will not be a disappointment for you.
That's not at all the case. Despite the hexagonal shape, the interior dimensions are 22" and there is a small amount of extra space because of its hexagonal shape. I do not think your hat will have any trouble In regards to inserts, that is something we plan to do in

It looked like I would receive a hard hatbox that had already been assembled.
The hat box I received has been received with a smile on my face. I am happy that I ordered it despite the price of the product being reasonable, but the shipping was a bit expensive. It would be very helpful if you could improve the directions. On the paper directions, they note an address to a YouTube video tutorial that is no longer active. In the documents, they note that they have a video on their website that shows how to put together I was able to get it together as soon as I saw that. In order to put together the lid, you will need to fold it three times. It is not obvious where the middle crease is. Put the carrying string in if your box is a medium. If you have a large box, follow the paper instructions. There is a difference between the video instructions and the written instructions. It will sit on a shelf and will be used for that purpose, so it is a perfect fit. It may be worth it to consider a stronger box if you will be traveling with it a lot.
A 22" half-box that is not exactly the same as an exact 22". The diameter of the hat needs to be increased to fit a true 22" As a result, I deducted one point. Further, a deduction was made for both the thickness and the strength of the corrugated box. I think they should be thicker so it would be stronger. Stacking this box at the bottom would not make sense to me.
It was the first hat box to be too The third hat box is rather small for the purpose I had in mind. A winner has been chosen for the third hat box!.
I was able to find these extra large cool boxes because they were the only ones that were reasonably priced. My oversized hats fit very nicely into them!.
Invest your money in a hat box rather than wasting it on this. A cardboard box can be made and spray painted for cheap at home.
There is a lot of stuff in this box. Approximately 20" wide is the size of my hat. It has been difficult for me to find the box for it I ordered in the first place. Despite fitting perfectly, my hat had quite a bit of extra room. The only problem I had was that it was difficult to assemble. There were no marks on the center folds, so it was impossible to fold them. I thought I might have to pick up the tape at one point to keep it from falling apart.
