I bought this for a secret santa gift with a price limit (I see the price has gone up several dollars since I bought it). It's a good deal for the money. I'd describe the overall quality as rustic at best; it wasn't perfect, and there were a couple of minor flaws/splits in the wood on the edges, but it was adequate for an office secret santa gift. Keep looking if you want something truly stunning to put on display in your home. If you're looking for a more rustic look, this is the place to be. This is good for that because it is good-looking, slightly flawed, and somewhat cute. It was well received by the recipient, who has kept it on her desk for over a year.
The product I received was cracked and had pieces splintering off right out of the box, despite the fact that it looked cute online. Even though it was nicely bubble wrapped, it arrived damaged. I knew it was supposed to look distressed, but I didn't realize it meant there would be actual shards of wood falling off right away.
I had hoped to see a lovely lavender sign; however, I was disappointed. On the other hand, the back side of the sign has more lavender paint than the front. The wood shows through more than the lavender paint, giving the impression that the wood has absorbed the paint. I've bought a lot of wooden signs for decoration and inspiration, but this one is way too expensive. Be careful who you buy from.

It seemed to go with everything, so I went with it. I liked the way it looked and it arrived exactly as described.
Color is almost a muted violet, and it's very pretty. For a little girl's room, the saying is very sweet and sassy. It was a Christmas present for my daughter, and she is looking forward to us painting her walls so she can display it. It's difficult to find good quality children's room wall decor at a reasonable price, but this one knocked it out of the park.
Unicorn lover will adore this adorable gift.
