There is a warning on the tag that says do not wash, dry clean, or bleach. I didn't have to clean it last year because it came through unscathed. There was a fresh tree under which I had it. It was easy to suppose that there would be stains from water, but none were visible. I cannot comment on whether it has sap on it since it does not appear to have got wet. In case you were wondering, I like the skirt. It is thick and well-made. It appears to be quilted Even though they are The tree I normally get will fit in it just fine. There should be a sculpture of 8-9 feet tall (I do try to choose one that is not too wide at the base so it fits in the corner where it will be placed) The tree is taller, tapered, and more shaped like a cone. The material is of the highest quality. While it's difficult to tell from the image, the center portion of the piece is lined with linen It has an almost quilted look and its edges are gathered and have a I like how the large snowflakes are embellished with red and white sequins with neat embroidery, no loose threads. The red isn't a bright primary red, but maybe a little more of a cardinal red (not maroon or burgundy, as I had feared). Tree skirts do not have any way to attach the sides around the tree. However, since the bag does not have velcro nor ties, I can tack on some ties if this becomes an issue. It lays nicely as it is, so I could add some ties if this becomes an issue. It has one downside. When you pull the tree skirt out of the package, it has a chemical smell. While I dried it on cool, hung it outside overnight, and threw it in the dryer on cool, there's still a hint of odor. Over time, I assume that will dissipate.
The company doesn't have any ties to the company but so far, it hasn't caused any problems. That's a beautiful skirt that looks much better than my 48" red and gold velvet skirt. I thought it had silver but it just has white. It's really nice quality and looks like it will hold up well. It would have been better if the ties came out more so that my nativity set would be able to be placed on it, but as it stands I think it looks nice. I would have given it a 5 since it has at least one tie. The price was definitely not worth the price of one day delivery, but you get what you pay for.
The only complaint I have is that there is no way to attach the two edges I have had ties or velcro to hold the skirt together with all the skirts I have had.

This is exactly what I wanted. The fact that I can tie it in the back makes it less likely for it to move.

The medium tree skirt is perfect for me. I find the small tree skirt too small. 60" makes the perfect gift for someone special. The color, design, and feel of this item are excellent! The product is AMAZING! I am in love with it. I've never worn a better tree skirt!.
