I needed 400 lights installed, so I purchased four 100-piece bags. Because the injection molding runners (shown in the photo) were not well sorted, I was short seven clips, which I counted as a "clip" in the bag count. I bought these clips a long time ago and had to return them because they didn't work with my C9 lights. Customer service representative Stormy Skogg contacted me and informed me that they were making some improvements. That was pretty much the end of it for me, and I assumed that was the end of it.
