Questions & Answers
Could you please show me a picture of how they work on gutters with leaf filters? I'm not sure how they'd work together.
Metal clutter guards are installed in my home. They DO THE JOB. The drawback is that they break when you try to remove them. Pulling out/retrieving something that has fallen off in the gutter makes a lot of noise.
Yes, if the window has a lip on which the clips can grab... but I'm not sure how if it doesn't!

It's a small space. I needed clips to use on my back porch to hang my fairy lights. These clips appeared to be large enough to clip over a piece of wood, but they were not. They're only a smidgeon in size. tiny. They'd be fine if you just wanted to clip lights onto your roof's shingles, but not so much if you wanted to clip them over something wider than 1/4" thick. They are exactly as described, made of plastic, and come in a large box. This is a good product, but before you buy it, double-check the dimensions and usage photos to make sure it's exactly what you need.
This is an excellent video. It was incredibly simple to snap over the lip of my gutters, and I found it to be far more versatile than other clips I'd tried in the past, as each clip can hold multiple strings of light. The top section of the main body snaps off and fits into a hole on the front, top edge. Mini lights can be snapped into the smaller rear hole, while larger bulb housings can be snapped into the larger of the two receptacle holes on the snap off portion. As a result, I used a snap off clip to run my blue mini lights the length of the gutter. But I also wanted to hide my meteor shower tube lights beneath the long strands of blue bulbs. That was simple because the bottom of the clip has a small plastic loop into which you could fit multiple sets of string lights or whatever else you wanted. Except for the bright white (not warm white) meteor shower tube lights, our theme is entirely blue. br>br>As a result, the upper detachable piece now holds my blue bulb lights, which run horizontally the length of my gutters. Then, using the small round hook at the bottom of the gutter clip, I hung my 12" long cascading meteor shower white tubes the length of the gutters, then inserted blue icicle lights into the same round hook to create blue icicles falling between and behind the meteor shower. br>br>After using these for the first time, I decided to toss out my old clips, which didn't offer nearly as much flexibility in terms of arranging multiple lighting effects from a single set of clips. br>br>Although I attached this clip to the gutters, you can also slip the top rear portion of this clip beneath the leading edge of your shingles. I ordered 400 of these clips because I knew I'd be using them for a long time.
I'm going to have to rely on the phone for this one. In any case, they're fantastic. They're what I used to hang my lights (Enchanted Forest® 105-105-105-105-105-105-105-105-105-105-105- From the underside of my roof overhang, I lit Multicolor Smooth C6 LED Christmas Reel Lights. To keep the light strands from sagging, I spaced them about a foot apart, but they're easily sturdy enough to use fewer. While I was getting the next clip ready to attach, I was able to let the entire strand of lights dangle from the previous clip. In general, these are extremely well-designed. The different-colored light formats, in addition to supporting multiple light formats, are supported by the different-colored light formats. Clipping regions of various sizes are ideal for securing unlit cords and plugs at strand connections. All- All in all, I think this is a fantastic product, and I wish you all the best in your lighting endeavors!.
Needs to be put together! Tiny! AND I'll have to put each of the 400 together before I can use them! To make it look like my first photo, you'll need to twist off the top plastic clip and insert it into a hole. so that the C9 bulbs can be held I don't have time to return and order more because an installer is coming the next day. I'm hoping these tiny babies will be able to keep my lights on! My newer clips are twice the size of my previous ones. Amazon is not pleased!.
It's not easy to disassemble and reassemble these by hand. Pay a little extra and get ones that are angled correctly from the start. br>br>Doing this 200 or more times isn't enjoyable! br>br>Aside from putting the clips together, they appear to be in good working order and should perform admirably.
These were extremely successful. Installing it was a breeze. They were the perfect fit for the upper gutters, and I also used them to clip to siding and up along the house, as well as doors and windows. They were even able to withstand a 40 mph windstorm the weekend after they were installed. I'd strongly advise you to use them.
I've tried a lot of plastic clips, and these are the first ones that really hold their shape. They haven't come down since I first put them up. I've had to put them up multiple times during the holiday season when I've relied on others. That's not a pleasant task in Wisconsin in December.
Rope lights on the gutter are a great idea. br>br>I was ecstatic to discover color-changing rope lights at a nearby big box store. This meant I could put them up once and then change the colors to match the mood of the day's festival. The plastic clips that came in the box, on the other hand, were of such poor quality that the majority of them broke off. br>br>Amazon steps in to save the day. When I mounted them on the gutter and clipped the rope lights on them, not one of the clips broke off, and the result looks fantastic. br>br>If I finish this box and need to add more lights, I'll do so. strands of rope or regular strands- I'll return here to get these items.
