I was charged $8 for this. In 2018, a box of 50 for 99 dollars was available. I see they've raised the price, but I'm not sure if you get anything extra. It is preferable to inquire of them. These are the best gutter hooks in my opinion, but don't take them down if it's still very cold outside because they'll break easily until the weather warms up.

On the front of the house, I usually hang 50 feet of lights. I used to string C7 lights and have bulbs for all of the major holidays. the color orange Cup hooks screwed permanently into the wood had been my go-to system for Halloween, green for St. Patrick's Day, red, white, and blue for July, colored or white for Christmas, and so on. I recently relocated to a new home with an all-brick façade. Cup hooks aren't going to work in this situation. I looked at a few different universal gutter clips, but the design didn't appeal to me. These clips are similar to cup hooks in that they hang from the gutters and are easy to install, which is important when the weather is bad. The clips are small and unobtrusive, but they do a good job of holding the light string in place. If you're up on a ladder, I haven't yet mastered the art of installing them with one hand, so that could be a bummer. The curly end acts as a spring, keeping the clip firmly in place in the gutter, while the hook end lays flat against the font, providing a nice hook for the light string. The light can be easily hung or removed using the installed clips. It'll be interesting to see how they hold up in the long run in terms of weather resistance.
I bought these for hanging Christmas lights on the gutters a few years ago. They worked flawlessly and ensured that the lights were maintained year after year. Then I decided to repurpose the cafe lights by hanging them on my back gutter. Well . After a year in the hot Florida sun, they became brittle and needed to be replaced. They'd survived at least ten winters by this point, including a few in Colorado. Because I couldn't find this shape locally, I was overjoyed to discover replacements on Amazon. They're cheap, and I'll buy more if they only last a year. They are absolutely ideal. br>br>Update: They looked nice when they were new, but they didn't last long, and I had to replace them twice more, the most recent time being about 5 months ago. I'm trying a couple of different types and crossing my fingers that they don't get brittle and snap at the slightest movement/adjustment.
I was a little hesitant because I had never used these clips before, so I did some research and chose these based on the reviews. These should be bought. They perform admirably and are extremely cost-effective!.
The hooks are very strong. It's a step up from the cheap ones I was using previously. These are nice and heavy, and their shape fits in the gutters perfectly. I was blown away.
They're incredibly simple to put on and remove.
Icy lights were hung from it. It's simple to get on gutters and run wires through them. After the holidays, clip it on securely but easily remove it.
I have the Christmas lights on at all times, and 50 clips are more than enough.
