It's best not to expose them to the sun. The pieces used on my porch were part of a decorative piece. There were a lot of spots on them from the sun. The attached photos demonstrate the subject. Our white flocked tree was topped with warm white lights and these were just the right shade of blue. The blue is the same as what I According to the description, these are "big" 4 inch stars, which makes sense considering their size (large is a relative term, of course). On the white tree, they sparkle and look great.

The snowflakes pictured are nothing like the actual snowflakes. In most cases, paint, glitter or glue are used to seal holes where the string goes to hang. As soon as you make a small hole, large pieces of plastic break off and reveal the original material. There is at least some color to the picture.

This is not something you should buy. From a dollar store, you can buy a pack of these cheap and flimsy snowflakes. I have no idea why you would pay for that. Some of the glitter is falling off of the snowflakes in spite of the fact that I haven't even begun using them. It goes without saying that Amazon will receive these back.

Upon receiving the product, I found it completely different from the photo on the website. This set was a basic, royal blue, glittery snowflake set without any of the details mentioned in the product description. The center does not have a rhinestone.

I like the way they look and they are very tasty I like it. However, it served its purpose despite having too much glitter. Despite their shortcomings, I found them satisfactory.
