I'm not sure if a 12 volt or 110 volt converter will work. All I can say is that we used it by plugging it into a standard electrical outlet. Because I'm sure it's not 220, I'm guessing 110.
It has an electric fan built into the bottom of the legs that you can plug in and keep running. br>Because the seams aren't airtight, air leaks out slowly, and when you unplug it, it simply deflates.
Nope. It has a bottom-mounted fan that inflates it. There isn't any air in it. Helium would simply leak out if the container was too tight. Shaped balloons would be my first choice.

The size appeals to me, and the overall quality is acceptable for the money spent. I have not yet used it outside, but when I first inflated it at home, I was disappointed to find that some of the detail areas did not inflate. It was unsuccessful to reposition / hold the 'part' out to encourage inflation. We'll see how it performs once it's set up outside. There was no reason to return because the problem was not serious enough.

I put up signs in the front yard reminding people of the importance of continuing to follow the health officials' recommendations, such as washing hands frequently and avoiding close contact. My wife objected to my original plan, which was to stake my 16' tall Grim Reaper inflatable alongside the signs to highlight the negative consequences of failing to follow these protocols. (There are limitations to freedom of expression that the Constitution does not address! Uncle Sam was the ideal choice. And I'll be able to release on July 4th.
My grandson adores the inflatable decorations, which he uses for every holiday. This is the one he chose for Memorial Day and the Fourth of July.
We used these (along with a few other items purchased on Amazon) to decorate our daughter's and son's rooms. The day he became a naturalized citizen, he lived in the house/yard of his parents!.
Uncle Sam was purchased as a gift for my husband, who enjoys all things patriotic and festive. My guy considers giant inflatables to be gaudy, so he's the perfect size. Sam even has a nightlight!.
It's simple to put together and looks great. So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly. I liked how there were tabs near the base to help anchor the inflatable rather than relying solely on the refer strings to keep it stable.
Very cute, I have a trainer on this little guy, and I love how adorable he is in front of my house.
