We wanted something a little different from a traditional nativity set. I found this to be the perfect solution. In my opinion, we would not recommend it to families with small children (or at least keep it out of reach) since it is probably pretty fragile. However, our family loves.
I sat it on my dining room table during Christmas and felt reverent while viewing it. There is a curve in the stick of the star and I cannot straighten it out, and there is a glued mess on the angel's horn above the head and hands area, and I am unable to figure out how to fix it. It is also difficult to place the baby Jesus in his cradle correctly. Despite the beauty of the set, it may be able to be made with better materials and workmanship for the price.
Featured a cute design, but it was smaller than I expected and cost too much. I really liked the Japanese vibe of this set and the cute box it came in Gift box in vintage style (although it doesn't remain sturdy Storage for a limited time).
