I hung these streamers for my daughter's first birthday party and they looked beautiful. As far as I am concerned, these stars are small and perfect in size. Unless you want to make sure they never fall from the garland, they would look bad. I can see how they tangle easily but, if handled carefully, it shouldn't be a problem. I plan on reusing them. It's fine to use.
