The box in which mine arrived was perfect. It was well packaged and it had no damage to the inner box or Styrofoam. There was no cord or plug with the item and it was used, dusty, broken with pieces missing. A rider is missing from all three sleds at the moment since only two are attached, and only two are inside. It also did not come with a cord. I was very disappointed since it said it came with a cord in the TOP Treasures catalog.

In my opinion, it moves too slowly. Given the type of ride, I would have expected it to move faster. Perhaps the manufacturer should use the same type of motor found on Ferris wheels so the ride would look.

The quality of these items is so low for the price, and they are not ceramics, but plastic. It was a huge disappointment to see that cheap glue and plastics were used in the crafting. It is especially expensive because they are so expensive. Like LEMAX, but not at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

The first carousel I received rotated, but it made a loud sound like a vacuum cleaner, and the music did not play. Sending a video to the seller was my response to the email. A replacement would be sent by the seller as soon as he responded. My replacement carousel has been delivered In this one, the lights are even brighter, and it rotates while playing music. Throughout my experience with this company, I've been very pleased with the quality of its products and the customer service! They are the type of company I would buy from.
