This is the same one that we bought last year for our table display. Sadly, Santa's legs were burnt out this year by the motor to power them! Additionally, I noticed the item was made in China! In any case, I hope you enjoy your time with Santa more than I did with my own! It was only one season, all I got out of it. This is, in my opinion. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WARNED!.

I would really like for it to work correctly

The Santa Claus will go down to the bottom step and right when he is lifting his foot to go back up, the top of his foot will hit the bottom of the second stair and he will stop. I would really like for it to work correctly. Is there anything you can suggest? At the bottom of the ladder it hits a switch on the hand that hits a hole in the Santa's switch turns up when the hole is plugged, telling him to go up instead of down. His little switch in his hand does not activate when he is at the bottom, so he keeps going down instead of going Santa doesn't work, so there's no point in believing him.
