A small tree will be perfectly suited for these. The one I have is 4 feet tall. This was a great experience.
You could buy enough of them alone to make a lovely decoration if you collect enough. I use them to fill in around 2" ornaments, but you could also put them in small gifts.
The glass was made in the old fashion style, but I am not sure where it originated.

Miniatures are actually even smaller than what the description says. Even on a small tabletop tree with miniature ornaments, these would still be fine, but they are very small. An image of a box of miniature ornaments beside a box of these is enclosed. There is one with a small blue ornament, one with a regular gold ornament, and all four with each other side by side.
My tree is going to look so much better with this on it! I'd say it's worth the price when you consider the happiness that it brings.
I appreciate these beautiful mini ornaments, they look splendid on my little tabletop tree. Likewise, I tried them on the 3 foot tree I have in the yard. Though they looked attractive, I thought they would look even better if mixed with medium sized bulbs. For trees in the small to medium size, this mini bulb is highly recommended.
The blue and the green are much paler than the ornaments you see here, but there is still a darling 1" ornament. There are six items in each of the 2 packages I purchased 3 red, 3 gold, 2 blue & 2 green The green halo was one. A tabletop tree would look very pretty with these. There are loops on them but there are no hooks, so I found some miniature hooks on Amazon alternatively, you could cut (with wire cutters) a wire ornament hook and bend it to fit.
5" glass ornaments from Kurt Adler brand (estimate about an inch across) look great on the pre-lit tree while the 4" red glitter star tree topper from the brand will also look great in a vignette. Clearly, there is only one set of Christmas balls in this set, but the nine balls, when used together or separately, add a nice touch of color to any Christmas setting. As it happens, I had a sixth unopened box that I wanted to hold on to in case my cat broke something.
