Questions & Answers
Yes, it is possible. This cradle rocks with a system that rocks swinging left to right always with horizontal movement, rather than as an inverted pendulum like a normal cradle. My appreciation is that the baby's head does not move like a metronome, but the entire body does at the same time; it's a little difficult to explain, but simply place your hand horizontally and move it from left to right to left to right, and that's the movement of this cradle. In other words, during the swinging, the base where the mattress is placed must always be horizontal.

The bottom leg is frail and has broken. When we attempted to roll from one room to the next, the wheel collided with the door wedge, shattering the frame. I'm at a loss for what to do next.
This is an adorable cradle. This was a medium-difficulty project for my son and me to complete. It wasn't particularly simple, but neither was it particularly difficult. I'll also mention that I'm 33 weeks along in my pregnancy. As a result, the pieces were not difficult to handle at all. The gliding lock does not appear to work, so I'm giving it four stars. The cradle, on the other hand, is still one of my favorites. I'm also unsure about the thickness of the mattress. When my baby arrives, we'll see how he likes it. For the time being, bassinet sheets appear to be sufficient.
Although the mattress is in good condition, it is extremely thin, and the side bars cannot be removed without causing the mattress to collapse. I had hoped to be able to remove one side, but this was not possible.
It was simple to put together, but the components are of poor quality. We only tried to move it once on the tile floor before it broke. My only regret is that my son was not in his crib at the time.
I tried to move it around a little, but a whole leg came off, thank goodness my baby wasn't in there. I'd like a refund of my money.
It's lovely and it's a good size.
