Felt like the item was very cheaply made. It is basically cardboard with fabric covers that are used for baskets and hampers. The hamper comes with a laundry bag inside. The table bows in the middle, so I use it only for storing items, since it is not safe for a baby to lay on top.
That is not the case in my opinion. As I have never opened the box, I cannot offer a definitive answer to you.
I just spoke to a friend about your concern, and it appears that you could reverse the table so the drawers and basket would be in the opposite place. As far as I can tell, nothing is blocking. Hope you have a great year!

This purchase left me deeply disappointed Although it already works "enough" and is ready for assembly, we will not return it. The two main causes of dissatisfaction are listed below. We started by scuffing or scraping off several parts of the wood, leaving them bare. A second change has been made to the item design. The 2 top drawers do not have wooden support shelves. There is no support beneath the drawers, so they slide off the rails and onto each other constantly. In years to come, I expect the situation to worsen. If the changing table weren't so difficult to pack up and return, I think this problem would be handled more quickly. This would mean returning to the previous state. It would not be recommended, and if I had known then what I know now, I would not have purchased this changing table.
It has been around for 6 months now that my husband and I have been using this changing table. With this piece you get built in and integrated drawers as well as a hamper. They are both extremely durable and heavy duty. As well as being spacious and able to hold tons of clothing, these bags are also durable. Formerly, we owned a crib that had a changing table and dresser built in, but the quality and space that they provided was nothing like Unlike other changing pads, this one is spacious and can hold diapers, wipes, etc. without being crowded. My son is now 6 months old and you can imagine how cramped that is since there are so many diapers in I like the appearance of it, especially at this price point. It's of high quality and very attractive in appearance. This is a highly recommended book for parents!.
As a result of my frustration, I am writing this. In spite of the fact that the changing table itself serves its purpose, the model is changed without any notice. This model had shelves under the baskets, but as they determined it to be a safety risk, they simply changed it and removed it. Neither Amazon nor the company were aware that anything about this had been mentioned on Amazon. It has been replaced by Amazon with the same change as it was. As soon as I contacted the manufacturer, I received an email saying the model had been changed and there was no further follow up from them. I would rate the customer service from Amazon A+++, but not necessarily from the manufacturer.
However, I did not use the straps or pad that came with it - I used a changing pad from Babies R Us instead, and it fitted perfectly (although the open slots on one side are covered by the pad). It has old and long drawers a lot, but it also seems like the material would be hard to clean if it took on dirt. It has been used two or three times by me to change my baby's clothes but he's still not sleeping in his room so I haven't gotten much use out of it (hence the four The assembly of this was easy for me even with my 3 year old in the room.
This changing table has a great sense of simplicity, as well as giving the nursery a lot of storage options. I highly recommend this product, since it is extremely easy to assemble. A lot of stuff can be stored in the drawers, and they have a lot of strength. It still slides easily in one of the drawers even when it is full of wipes. The cleaning process is very easy. Despite the thinness of the mat it comes with, it does the job just fine. Change tables on Amazon are comparable in price to sites that sell them. They are the same price as the target website, but with free prime shipping and much shorter delivery times, Amazon comes out on top! For those who are seeking a maternity changing table, I highly recommend this product.
A few weeks ago, my wife and I had our third baby. We are in the process of making the furniture for her nursery. A change of clothes will be placed on her dresser once it is completed. While we wait for a new changing table, I thought it would be helpful to get a cheap one. My wife and I found these baskets and changing table to be very high in quality. I like how well made it is and how nice it looks Because we need to have her in our room for a few months anyway, it makes things so much easier. Although I am planning on using it after her crib furniture has been installed in her nursery, I will probably keep using it until then. (It is graying out everywhere around here. There is no reason to spend hundreds of dollars on a changing table if you just want one that works well. I found this one to be very well made and functional. As well as being easy to assemble (took my husband about 10 minutes), it was also very sturdy.
I find the wood to be extremely cheap and flimsy it cracks easily and bends easily during assembly. The process of assembly is fairly straightforward if you follow the instructions, but it is time consuming due to the low price of the parts, so you have to be careful to avoid suffering any damage. In this case, the real issue is that the product appears to be completely unstable and unsafe for use even with a stationary object weighing only 5 pounds, much less a wiggling, I just don't like the way the wood is so flimsy and how the end product is not rigid and level. It would be better to have a pad on the floor rather than taking the chance of this cheap thing falling apart when your baby is on it, and I don't understand why it is so highly rated.
Although the look and functionality are awesome, the package arrived so damaged that we are very The return trip would be way too difficult. Make sure you do your homework before buying anything. It was dusty and I wiped it down with a little water on a cloth in order to clean it. Some of the paint came off exposing two places where it had been previously smashed/scratched and the company had simply painted it over. It is possible we received retuned items. I am disappointed. It might have been better if it was cheaper, but we paid over $100 for the product we got damaged.
