It is only made of a thin, cardboard-like material on the back and bottom of each drawer. In general, this piece feels like it was sourced from Ikea. Despite its sturdy appearance, the quality is not at the level of the crib as I had expected. - [Assembly Effort]- In most cases, assembly for the 4/5 is straightforward but takes quite a bit of time. As long as you are familiar with IKEA products, there should be no problems. I am giving this product 2 stars rather than 4 stars because of their carelessness with their shipping and customer service. Their packaging is too small for the individual pieces of the panel to be protected properly. It was a pair of units and they were both chipped and damaged to a great extent. To order individual replacement parts, I had to deal with their customer service department. I finally got the parts several weeks and a lot of follow up emails later, and the pieces were the wrong color. Finally, on 9/14, I was finally able to assemble my dresser after ordering it on 7/25 and waiting for the pieces to arrive. All in all, I purchased the item on 7/25 and got it assembled only yesterday. I have personally found this to be one of the more frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.

Because there were so many reviews that complained about shipping and damage issues, I was very hesitant to order it from Amazon. However, I can assure you that it arrived perfect with no problems The box was very heavy, so we ended up unpacking it exactly where UPS had left it and carrying it piece by piece into our house. (Thank goodness it didn't rain! When the object is this heavy, it might be the act of lugging it inside and up stairs that causes all the complaints about damage. I completed the assembly with just a screwdriver set which had interchangeable bits in about 90 minutes with my husband (who is not an expert at this). Every component of the hardware system is meticulously labelled and packaged into a single bag according to its Each piece of furniture is accurately labeled and follows the detailed instructions exactly. (These people could teach Ikea a thing or two about good packaging and instruction. The drawer rails had been pre-installed, and we were pleased with that The panelling is attached to the hutch. I thought that would be the best place for everything to happen- I liked not having to install those myself. The only thing I don't like is that the base of the changer top is made of paper board. So if anything spills, I'm concerned it could warp or bubble. When I use a good changing pad, it's not a problem at all. If you aren't paying attention to other things in the room, don't set your sweaty glass on it. One final suggestion I'd make to Baby Letto would be to produce this product in full on natural without the white. It does blend well with the crib we purchased, but I certainly would have preferred the wood look on the front rather.

It was on our baby registry from the moment I saw it in a store. Here are a few reasons why I chose this one 1. *begin with A feature I particularly liked was the storage on top for creams, lotions, wipes, etc.

The negative comments are not clear to me but I do know this is a very well-made dresser that will look great in Although the package has a lot of weight, it has been packaged nicely and the dresser has been free of scratches or dents. Assembling the product took about an hour and a half however, the instructions were clear and the instructions were easy to follow. Purchasing this dresser was a great decision, and we are delighted with it.
