This comforter may be the most unsightly, but it is incredibly soft and fluffy! I washed it and it kept its fluffy, soft texture. It is 100% cotton and as with a polyester blend there is no static electricity as with a polyester blend there is no static electricity as with a polyester blend there is br>br>I bought this for a dog, so if you're buying it for a kid, keep in mind that they might wake up sweaty. That's how thick and warm this comforter is.
