I could not fit into the comforter

There is not enough room in the comforter. This is such a bummer, I thought it was so cute until it came time to use it, and the blanket was too short.

In order to at least be able to tuck around the mattress on three sides, the comforter itself should be at least 3 inches (at least) longer on every side. Only one corner of this blanket is visible above the mattress edge of a standard sized crib. Thought it was a cute set.

The crib mattress is too small for a standard sized crib

I must say, however, that this comforter is simply stunning. There is no way to fit the standard sized crib mattress in it! A top lays on top of a top and doesn't tuck at all on the sides. The material is insufficient for it to be adequate by a foot and a half.
