Is there a reason for the disparity in size? Only one of the two options is suitable. The other is incredibly tight, and it folds the mattress in on itself. ?

I ordered this for a bedside sleeper that was imported without a brand name, but I measured the mattress and it was the right size. It's a perfect fit for my mattress.

Will they be too large for a 17" x 31" x 4" custom bassinet mattres?

I bought a Maxi-Size There are no sheets available for the Cosi bassinet. I read that these would fit, so I bought them after double-checking the measurements. Overall, they're comfortable and simple to clean. I like that they're made of organic cotton and have a gender-neutral design, so I'll be able to use them again.

Because this co sleeper's mattress is larger than most, finding sheets that fit was a challenge. I only wish they came in a wider range of colors.

The sheets are extremely soft. This was one of only two options for my bedside sleeper because it was difficult to find the right size. When compared to other sizes of sheets, it is quite costly. Even crib sheets are half the price, and the fabric is twice as thick. These, on the other hand, are of a high standard. If I didn't think they were overpriced, I would give them a higher rating.

It worked for my Ronbei bassinet, which was a strange size

One of the few sizes that fit my bassinet; however, both sheets were damp when they arrived. They were still damp after a few days of drying outside. It was a little strange at first, but after washing and drying, it seemed fine; good material and gender-neutral pattern. Only one star deducted because of the unusual dampness upon arrival.
