There would be no problem with insertable mats in different colors for smaller pictures, I just wish they were available. I like this a lot! Would be perfect if that were the case.

I tried to fit a 4x6 picture into the frame but it is very thin and you have to cut it to fit. Nevertheless, it was reasonably priced and I have used it in my office cubicle so it has proven to be functional. I have painted some of mine to match my decor and they have colored.
