My only complaint is it's a little bit smaller than expected, but other than that, It was expected that this hamper would be made of some sort of cloth The case is made of plastic, however, so it's durable. Since it is made of this material, it doesn't absorb odors from clothing or anything like that. A nice feature of the lid is that it is removable I, however, keep the bag open all the time or fold it back so it stays open all the time, just because it's easier to put some clothes in it. I like the way it looks and the fact that it is soft. perfect for a baby or toddler room, but it wouldn't work for a teenager or adult with a lot of clothing to hang.
