The foot stand is designed to fit inside the seat. So, yes, it is pre-assembled. My son adores this chair, and there is no work that needs to be done on the consumer end. My nephews love their basketball ones, which I got for them. a fantastic purchase

It's not too heavy, maybe 20 pounds, so my three-year-old can push it around and my 12-year-old can sit in it. It's really cute, and Nicole made it out of great material!
I have the soccer chair version, which does not have this feature.

My one-year-old granddaughter adores this small comfortable chair and ottoman. She sits in it and pulls the ottoman up to rest her little legs on it.

The design is fantastic. Very well done. He is an athlete who participates in football. Allow the baby to play while the size and texture are appropriate for infants to rest on. This couch is incredibly relaxing. It has a fantastic design, lovely curves, and soft materials that my baby adores. He's also very mobile, with a sturdy wooden frame. The most important aspect is that it is tidy and practical. This purchase has left me very happy.
THIS CHAIR SUITS ME EXTREMELY WELL. Perhaps even more so than the baby, because IT WIPES CLEAN! We had a nicer fabric chair, but it was a pain to keep clean. It's adorable and reasonably priced, but it won't fit a chunky baby, and the small seat and high sides may be uncomfortable. My daughter, on the other hand, is quite petite, so it's ideal for her. You also have to keep an eye on anything getting into the chair's side because it goes all the way through.
