I bought it mainly to use as a quick alternative to ironing fabrics I've had in storage for sewing, but I also used it on laundry that I'd left in a The learning curve wasn't as short as I expected, however, once I got the hang of using it, it was faster than ironing, and way easier than setting up an ironing board. The first thing I did was hang the garment and make a few passes, smoothing them out as I went. You can see how much better it looks after my first try at using it. The fabric got wet in a few spots after I got it too close, but it dried quickly and without wrinkling. Having a utility roll on hand for hanging laundry will be convenient in case anything becomes wrinkled in between. * * * * *I highly recommend this product. It's a great size for storing out of the way while being comfortable in the hand. Even on the low steam setting, it worked much faster than an iron and with less hassle than an iron. As long as it's light, it won't bulk up your luggage. It would pack easily for short trips, too.

I experienced no problems the first time, and the second time worked fine. In the following weeks, I tried to do it once Upon pushing the button, the light blinks and it gets hot, but when you release it, it shuts off and there is no steam coming That's all there is to it There was no right to return the item after 30 days, so it was basically stolen from me. The last time I bought from Yika is the last time I'll buy from them. I've had my Black and Decker steam iron for 7 years now and it is still working like new. The steamer must go! I am revising my rating from 1 star to 3 star because Yika (the company) returned my money after a short exchange with a customer service representative I received a reply - A back-and-forth process. Insofar as the money was returned to them, I can give them credit for doing the right thing, since it was their idea and not mine. Was it a 'lemon' steamer that I bought? There is no way I can tell you. Individuals should make their own decisions about the purchase of the steamer after this new information is available.

Steamers tend to be well built, but they appear to be a bit heavy when the tank (3 liters) is filled to full capacity. The larger size makes it much more difficult to compare it with some small travel steamers. However, it does a better job than those small Item

I like it a lot. I love how easy it is and how light it is. As I mentioned above, it warms up quickly, and with plenty of water, you can use it for a while. I noticed a few people's water tanks looked wet when they were delivered, and I did My previous inquiry about this was answered by an email that explained that the reason why the tanks are a bit wet is because every unit is tested before it is sold, so don't worry about any reviews that complain about their unit looking "used" due to a little wetness. The quality of the product is excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

As a busy person, I always order stuff online and it always arrives wrinkled or folded, but with this garment steamer, my stuff looks fabulous in a few minutes. It will also be great to use in the uniform I wear to work, which I have been leaving in the dryer for days and getting wrinkled like crazy every time. Great product! I would recommend it! I have not had any problems with this one either. The only downside is, because it's all handheld rather than just a wand, it can get a little heavy over time. There is lots of steam coming out of it, which I think works great. Since I started using it two months ago, I've used it 8 times. I'm hoping it will endure for a long time. *Update after 6 months I love it, but I have noticed at times that it will create a puff of steam all of a sudden (careful not to point it at anyone) and so much of it, the material can get damp (maybe it has something to do with the way I'm holding it? I will just leave it hang a little longer or I will just wear it. A little bit of moisture is not needed to feel wet. One swipe does a lot of work and still amazes me how it gets rid of all the wrinkles with one swipe.

A real quick and easy way to drink water. It holds a decent amount of water and hasn't spilled a drop. After a couple of uses, the stubborn wrinkles are really gone, but I'm sure one can expect that from a steamer like this. A good length cord makes it easy to use and to store. It heats quickly and the size is good for small spaces. I have not found it to look bad when left on a bathroom shelf My recommendation is to check it out.
