That's what we've been looking for. We used to replace our paper furnace filters on a monthly basis and I was looking for a more eco-friendly alternative. With a bit of trimming, I was able to make it 16x20x1. My old filter was removed from the furnace and I separated it from the new one so that each piece was in place. After laying the black plastic grid over the old filter, I used a pair of tin snips to cut off the excess. Next, repeat the procedure for the second grid made of black plastic. My scissors were used to trim the green/white filter and the honeycomb white plastic liner. It only took me a few minutes to install my three It's the same brand of filter that I've been using for at least 10 years now. When I retired 9 years ago, I knew I had installed the old ones before I retired. I thought the older ones had to retire as well, even though they were still doing the job. It is highly unlikely that they ever developed any problems with the old ones even though I cleaned them less often than I probably should have, and I cleaned them with a vacuum up until a few months ago. I sprayed them thoroughly with the hose at a high pressure for the first time. It was a surprise for me to find that I had removed so much. The majority of the reasons for retiring my old computers came from that. The new ones will be cleaned more frequently and I plan to use the hose every so often.

However, I still haven't had time to clean the filter to tell you if it's an easy or a difficult task. However, I will tell you that you need to be an arts and crafts major to complete this silly thing it can be difficult to assemble and it is very cheaply made. It is worth spending a few extra dollars and get something that has a custom metal frame around it instead of putting this together which is aggravating frustrating and annoying all at the same time. I threw mine in the trash I found it not worth the frustration. It's all good. There is no other description for this filter except This air handler cannot be installed in a 16x20-inch standard the plastic frame measures 16 by 20 while the standard filter measures 15 by 20. I would like to add 375x19. There is no use for this filter after 75, rendering it completely useless.

I have purchased these before because of the adjustable adjustment and have been very satisfied with the quality. The size of my furnace is quite odd, so I don't need the standard sizes. This does not adjust to the size I need either because the 1-inch frame is too big One inch at a time. As a result, I cut it and then drill it once again in order to get the perfect fit. Once that was done, we used it for what it was designed for! Sure, this is a minor inconvenience Filters that are dependable and of high quality make all.

My duct cleaning experience was straightforward. It took just an hour over all, including vacuuming the return duct and cleaning the supplemental ducts. I find that it works even better than the last washable I used. It is a good idea to buy this reusable filter in order to save money on your budget AND keep the air in your home.

It appears to be a worthwhile investment in the short term. We had some difficulty setting up, but nothing out of the ordinary. Throughout the years I have gone through a similar type of filter, and I had finally run out of them. As time goes by, it will be seen if these are just as easy to clean as the old ones were. There does seem to be a difference between the old filters and the new As much as I dislike it when someone reviews a product based on not fully using it, I'm doing that here. As of now, I have yet to clean the item, so I only gave it three stars for cleaning ease. Upon my return, I'd probably forget to review it and it wouldn't be accurate until a couple years later. Honestly, there is a slim chance I'd remember to do so. It's my fault.

In addition, the dimensions do not work when certain filter sizes are used. I wasted my time and money on the product since it did not work for me.
