No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no However, this isn't the intention. Consider it less of a "fan" that directs air directly at you. It certainly does, but its air column is so narrow and direct that it isn't ideal for that. Consider it a circulator instead. There will be no fight over who gets the better end of the fan if you point it at the wall above your bed, because it will legitimately spray air from where the fan is located to wherever it is pointed. If you point it from the floor to near the corner of the ceiling and the wall above your bed, everything and everyone along that wall will be bathed in air, lam to he, while everything else in the room will be mixed as if I were a perfect air burrito. There are no warm air chinks. Everything about this was flawless.
This fan has been in my possession for 5 years and is one of the best fans you can buy. The fan does not oscillate, and the fan becomes clogged with dust; more recently, the fan began to make a noise, and the fan blade did not move. I disassembled the fan, which included the motor and housing. I vacuumed up all of the dust and sprayed hot water on some of the shower's plastic components. I wasn't expecting the 460 to be as loud as it is. It is uncomfortable to sleep with or even keep on in a bedroom during the day, even on the lowest setting. It has a low bass rumble that is difficult to forget. It is significantly louder on the middle setting, and it is extremely loud on the highest setting; On the highest setting, it sounds "industrial," according to another reviewer. br>br>Please keep in mind that the sound of the fan in real life (especially on the lowest setting) isn't completely captured in the video I uploaded. Usage: br>br> When powered on, the power button has four speed buttons, the highest of which is selected by default. br>Loudness:br> - Running your faucet at level 1 is loud enough to drown out the fanbr> - Level 2 is quiet enough that it will be drowned out by conversation. br> - level 3 begins to sound like a regular fanbr> - Level 4 is a little louder, but not so much that you have to raise your voice to talk over it. br>br>Air movement: This fan creates a column of air that circulates throughout the room. If it's 10 feet away and you don't want to be in a constant gale, you'll only need the second speed setting.
