A LOT OF time is wasted on bicycles. You can't buy a remote separately for it, and it does not come with one. The temperature never reaches the set point since the cycle occurs too often. Too much noise is being generated by the fan. Though it has a strong fan, the amount of noise is not worth the price. I have no problems with the heater function. On the other hand, you should turn off the whole thing when it's on heat. Even after shutting down, it takes some time for the system to actually shut.

You are dealing with a beast here! It took us a long time before we could write a review because it was so humid. It is humid like a swamp today with a high of 89. On "dehumidifier" setting, I still get a very good result with this at 75 F. We have gotten rid of the swamp. The fabrics are comfortable and there is no damp feeling on the sofa, which shuts off when it reaches the correct temperature. I am very happy with this air conditioner. I am glad I purchased both of these and the 2 bedroom wall units (8,000 btu's), since now the temperature is the same throughout the entire apartment. The price might be higher than other units, but it is still worth the investment.

It is for a 12 x 24 pool shed. I purchased the insulation and AC for the shed. It was too hot even with the shed insulated last year even though I built a bathroom and a changing area. Taking out the wall and installing the sleeve and AC was my job. Two of the last three days have been over 80 degrees, and a heat wave will arrive with temperatures over 90 degrees three days from now. As far as we know there has been no problem so far, but let's see what happens when the temperature goes beyond A lot of reviews tell me how loud it is. was not able to find that in this book. There didn't have to be a lot of volume to hear it, but I had music going and my volume wasn't set.

Taking the time to install and operate the device was very straightforward. I like the remote a lot! I was amazed at the dehumidifier function (Dry setting), which had great performance for the AC, as well as the heat function. I also think it appears to be quite efficient in terms of energy consumption.

I have no idea how to control the fan speed while my Heat is on, the noise is so loud I can't even hear my TV, much less I have not tried the air conditioner mode yet, where you can specify the fan speed, which is a plus. I hope it will be quieter this time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this product and have no plans on recommending it in the future.
