I'm not happy with it because it makes a lot of noise and I can't use it because it smells like burn. I complained to the company about it, but they did nothing.
No, the air conditioner does not come with a sleeve; however, it will fit inside one that you have in your room. It appears to be exactly as shown in the photo.
Because the unit's cord isn't retractable, I cover it and wrap it around the cord.

The unit is relatively quiet (all of them will make some noise), and I like the front design. The remote control is functional, and I like the feature that allows the unit to detect the temperature at the remote control rather than the unit itself. It's one of the things I'm glad I bought.
This unit works well and adds a nice decorative touch to the wall. It satisfies me to no end. It comes highly recommended from me.
Cooling in my upstairs bedroom, which I couldn't live without during the summer. When I get up to bed, it's cool enough; It is not necessary to make it work for several hours beforehand.
