It's great to have dual heat and air conditioning systems. The fan is extremely quiet when running, and it During my professional installation, one unit was installed upstairs in the bedroom, and one unit was installed down in the living/kitchen Each unit is controlled by a remote. Daikin produces a great product that's easy to use and makes good sense to understand.
The provided gas line set did not accommodate the gas line port. This resulted in a delay in installing because an adapter had to be found. RL4118 gauge ports do not fit regular RL410A gauges, so it was necessary to wait on a gauge adapter to complete the installation. The only thing I would have liked was vinyl covers included as part of the kit for the price.
It works well. I only had a problem with the 12 head since it had a 1/4 and 3/8 head, but had a 1/4 and 1/2 condenser without any reduction. In order to reduce the zoom lock, I had to use a zoom Drain line was included in the kit, which was nice. Daikin is my favorite brand out of most others!.
The system installation wasn't going as smoothly as I would have liked. (2) of the refrigerant lines that came with the unit were 3/8" instead of 3/8" & 12" A 1/2-inch pizza. My search had to be focused on local suppliers who might be willing to sell to a homeowner, rather than What you thought would be easy turned out to be hard. Despite my expectations, it was more difficult than I had expected for a home owner to complete the installation. The end results were all worth it in the end. However, that's just heat. I have no complaints about the functionality so far. As of yet, I haven't had a chance to try the AC function.
It was easy to complete everything as everything was clearly explained. I am impressed with the quality of this software and it works well.
