Heating and cooling unit totaling 15,500 BTUs plus three additional components (dehumidifier and heat pump). A 6 KW electric heater that is suitable for use in homes, hotels and commercial buildings

The unit is pre-charged with R-410A refrigerant type, This product comes with a 5' power cable

There is a required wall sleeve and grille for the new installation, but they are not included and must be purchased

Our PTAC’s standard dimensions are 42” wide x 21” deep x 16” high, meaning you can use your existing standard wall sleeve and grille when replacing your old unit.

On compressors, the warranty is for 7 years, and on parts, the warranty is for 5 years

The amana wall sleeve fits this model

I think this is a really Fortunately, we already had the sleeve from our previous Amana air conditioner, which easily fit into the new one. Installing the device was straightforward. The fans are really effective at cooling and they aren't too loud either. I am very happy with my purchase.

I highly recommend this product. The process of replacing the old with the new was easy. Outside of the packaging, it looked rough from shipping, but it was well packed to avoid damage. I found the unit to be in perfect condition.

Because I am always cool, I have never turned off the fan

Although the unit does a good job at cooling down the room, there was damage to it when I opened the box, there was a small crack in the plastic cover and the metal tray at the bottom was bent. There was also a cracked screen where the air comes out. In addition, I thought from the description of the unit that it would automatically turn on and off, which the compressor does, but the fan runs continuously.

The product was delivered on time. It fit into existing openings and enclosures. A comfortable temperature is maintained throughout the room thanks to its flawless operation. As you run, you are very quiet. It was an excellent value for the money.
