Purchased for a small office space (portable building) and was very pleased with how it works. I would recommend it! We have been extremely impressed by how well this unit is able to handle the heat in Texas this time of year. Our remote control is mounted very high and we love that it has a remote control.
In spite of the fact that I needed help, it was a relatively easy process. I understood the directions very well. I am looking forward to a cool summer.
This is just what I got I was pretty pleased with how it went. There were some directions that needed to be looked up online. The cycle appears to be working and the flow of cooling is okay. I've noticed a temperature difference of up to 4 degrees with the thermostat and with the unit.
Although the AC works well, the box was not necessary in the end. Due to our circumstances, we were not able to return it, so be sure it is something you require before purchasing it.
I purchased this air conditioner to replace an old thru-the-wall model. The product was delivered in a timely manner, and it was straightforward to install. I was skeptical about the brand because I was unfamiliar with it. I am pleased with how easy it is to operate, and that it cooled three rooms very effectively on the I would highly recommend it.
