My lamp has been with me since April. The light bulb appears to be in good condition. I disinfect my bedroom once a week with it. I inquired about replacing the bulbs with the seller. She stated that I would be able to purchase something from them. I'm still working on getting in touch with you.
We usually enter once the light has gone out.
It doesn't kill fleas, but it does kill dust mites, which I believe it does.

Both my husband and I work in the medical field on the front lines with congenital heart disease patients. We use it to sanitize rooms in our house and the interior of our car on a regular basis. Yes, there is a odor after each use, but that's how you know it's the REAL DEAL. So, if you're on the fence about buying this product, consider this. The difference between a $200 UV light and a $300 UV light is significant. Being in a medicated induced coma while on a ventilator. I'm going to go with the UV light.
Working in a sterile environment is very important to me. When you walk into a room that has been exposed to UV light, you can smell it and feel it. After using this lamp, I've finally figured it out. It appeals to me.
During the coronavirus pandemic, I bought this to sanitize my apartment. I received the unit ten days after making the purchase. I could smell O3 (ozone) after 15 minutes of operation, so it did produce it. As a result, the UV spectrum drops to 185 nm, as stated in the instructions. It is safer to use with pets or children because it has an alarm and a locking feature. Very highly recommended and well worth the money!.
For this brand Gyoze(? ), there is no information on customer service. ) Nothing at all! Why is there no way to contact the seller of a product? When it comes to setting up the timer, the remote control instructions are unclear. I had no idea how to do it. Furthermore, the remote control is inconsistent in its operation. br>I've only used it with a camera to observe how it behaves in order to determine the product's hazardous conditions; however, I'll be returning it because there is no customer service.
I bought three of these lights, and they all burned out within a few weeks of being purchased. I'm going to try a different brand in the hopes of getting a longer lasting product.
For our offices, I bought three of these. The push- Buttons were not functioning properly. After a week's worth of use. I couldn't get them to work any longer. Maybe the bulb went out, maybe I pressed the buttons too hard, maybe this whole thing was a waste of time.
UV light.
Easy to use, but the bulbs are exposed and will easily break if bumped. You must use extreme caution when storing this item.
