My favorite part of the connectors is the mounting bracket. There are no instructions, no matter how crazy this may sound. It took me a while to figure out how to take photos of my process. The fact that I have 5 sections meant that I used two connectors per section. For each section I added, I had the hardware with the tongue turned down so the adding section could be tipped into the stationary section at the bottom.
After we arrived at 300 pm (my wife and I), we began installation. A 30 PM start time is suggested. As we arranged the brackets on each piece of the sectional, we made sure they were aligned correctly. During the measurement process, we used the back and the seam of the sectional fabric as our guides to ensure that the brackets aligned properly. As a first step, we installed the back brackets on both pieces and they fit perfectly. A 15 minute process of carefully measuring, drilling pilot holes, mounting brackets with screws, and attaching sofas to each other. All it took was about 10 minutes to do the front brackets on both pieces, so it fit perfectly the first time. Measuring when you are slow, making sure you align the brackets with your "eyeball" is important. As a result, they are excellent quality and the sectional is now FAR more solid and can serve I am very pleased with my purchase and am amazed at how easy it was to install! You did a great job!.
