Would you mind telling me what measurement you'd like to hang your desk from the floor? In the instructions, you are given a height recommendation, however That was the height I used when I hung my desk for the first time. However, I blocked a wall outlet that I was really dependent on There was an oversight on my part. As a result However, the desk would not fit on the wall so you had to move it As far as the outlet is concerned, I had no idea the cover would cover it. Making sure that the desk does not impede the outlet is an easy way to prevent this. One other thing I did not like was that I had to keep moving my head after years of using the computer for extended periods it was irritating. I was attracted to this desk due to its ability to be mounted at a height to suit your needs so you will not have to lift your head to check the computer screen, and your legs will be able to move comfortably. Putting the system together is a breeze, and mounting it is a breeze as well. Beautiful desk that is well constructed for the price. I wouldn't hate to have had a friend around when the time came to hang it, but it was pretty easy by myself. Despite the floating nature of the desk, it feels very sturdy. I'm doing business with this company again. For the first order I sent back many of the pieces because they were broken. Secondly, I took everything out one by one to make sure none of the pieces were There were no prices on the desk, as I get to the directions, and the directions have the numbers but I can not match the prices on the desk. They should be numbered but they are not, so I spoke with Prepac customer service about how to renumber them. It was very hard for her to speak English and said that all our items are like this and unnumbered. It is not difficult to put together, so I asked how I did it. As she said, look at the pictures and try to match them up. Hehehehahahah I laughed and asked to confirm if she was serious. We do things that way, she told me. They hung up on me after that. My wife and I thought it was a super neat idea and the instructions were clear, as well as the product itself being very easy to assemble. In that case, good luck getting one that doesn't have some kind of damage to it! In the first one I got, the spray packing foam had been sprayed everywhere and hardened, making it impossible to remove it without damaging the item. Furthermore, on the second one, it had a huge number of scratches and flaws (see pictures). We're using it as a desk in our closet! As our home is very small, we must do everything in a hurry There is one bedroom, plus an office space we are both sharing. Since I couldn't use my writing desk, I swapped it for this floating desk. The unit was quite time-consuming to put together, but once it's installed, it looks absolutely fantastic the unit has also saved us a considerable amount This desk fits perfectly inside the office closet, with about 5" clearance on either side.
